CYPT
Hi all. As you might have guessed, Echo Chamber isn't actually a real product. Nor is it a clandestine CIA experiment. Nor is it any of the things you might have have imagined it was from the scant details provided. It's ok. You're allowed to feel betrayed. "But Ben," you may be asking, "you're still sponsored by Wheat That Is Shredded brand Shredded Wheat, right?". Sadly, I must inform you that there is, in fact, no such thing. You can gasp. You can scream. You can say "Et tu, Brute?". But in this void of utter despair in which you have found yourself, a light emerges - for this page of the website contains tidings of a great and wonderful thing.

Echo Chamber (the audio drama, not the product) is a project created by Calgary Young People's Theatre (CYPT), which is an amazing organization that fosters creativity in children and teens, and helps them to grow as artists and people. The pandemic has caused some issues for many theatre companies, but I personally am incredibly grateful for the fact that CYPT is continuing to find new ways that youth can engage with theatre in safe ways.

"But Ben," you cry, "surely such an amazing program must be as imaginary as Wheat That Is Shredded brand Shredded Wheat!". The thing is, it's very real!! If you want to hear about them and learn about all the opportunities that they offer in their own words (rather than the words of an untrustworthy character like myself), check out their website - cypt.ca - to find out more.

Seriously, I and many others are incredibly grateful for all this company has done for so many young artists, not only through the pandemic, but all the time.
